Here are the steps you need to take to prepare your TCPmaker project for testing:

That's right, you don't need to do anything special to set up your project to use meDebug. Traffic from any TCPmaker can be viewed with mtDebug.  All you need is for that project to be working just well enough to be able to serve up your TCPmaker layout and display it in your browser. 

(If your project won't do that much, then you have some lower level problem: perhaps a problem with your board, or with the way you have configured the Microchip TCPIP Stack, or a network problem.)
