We have to provide this information in a rigid format that must please the rather dour Freight Manager, in PC City.

If he likes our specifications, we get our private car for use as often as we like (with some limitations). If he does not like our specifications, we do not get to go on the train at all.

Oh, and one more thing. If he doesn’t like our specifications, the Freight Manager won’t tell us why. He’ll just ignore us.
